With over 25 years of experience, Arnold provides strategic direction and leadership on all jobs. While overseeing daily operations, negotiating contracts, scheduling workers to be onsite, and executing crucial decisions, his top priority is making clients happy. Arnold is so passionate about working in the roofing industry, and his greatest joy is lending a helping hand with these overwhelming projects. The smile of relief on a client’s face is what keeps him going, along with knowing that their roof has been securely installed or repaired.

Elena is the ultimate client professional with over 20 years of customer service experience! She works directly with every client to ensure they are aware of timelines, material delivery estimates, job progress, and scheduling as well. With Elena on their side, clients always understand proposals and are left with no questions unanswered. Additionally, she oversees office administration, communicates with the advertising departments, and approves work.
